There was no leader on our team. We all worked together to put the tower together and all thought of ideas on how we could do it. I think if someone were to be the leader then it would take away from everyone's ideas.

Collaboration was important in this process because it looked like we were all communicating and working together to do the assignment and try to win. Everyone's ideas were being said and sometimes used is everyone agreed on it. There was frustration in everyone because sometimes we couldn't get the tower to stay up correctly but we used patience to be calm and work on the project carefully. All teammates were included and everyone's ideas were used.

Our team had somewhat of a plan. We expected out idea to work but not everything you think works. We tried new ideas many times. We had a plan to keep it together somehow and have it standing up without falling. The plan did fail but we also did try to keep it up like we wanted.

We did veer a little bit. We all gave out new ideas of what we were going to do so we kept trying new things. Although we did veer a little bit, our plan still took place and we still went off of it and tried to keep it together as a team.

Nothing really worked. The spaghetti is very thin and also very brittle. A marshmallow is heavy compared to a spaghetti stick. A string was difficult to use because it had to be tied correctly and tape was very important to us because it helped us make the spaghetti stick to the table to have a good base. But, using different building designs and heavier and then more light and brittle materials, it is hard to have a good building that will work well enough to keep the building together.
