Good V.S Bad Composition

In this Blog, I will be explaining why one of the images is good composition and how the other image is bad composition.

In the image labeled "Bad Composition" it is bad composition because the picture was taken and a bad angle and the makeup product (NARS) looks like it is just sitting there and not having much purpose. Also, the flower in the background doesn't really fit in. The flower is distracting from the makeup product and the frame. Another reason why this is bad composition is that the mirror in the background takes away a little bit from the actual thing that is being captured. My last reason why this is Bad Composition is the extra little bag next to the flowers. It doesn't make much sense to me because the bag of object should not be there because it also distracts.
In the image labeled "Good Composition" it is good composition because a lot more of the focus is on the makeup product and frame. In the frame you can see the designs and some of the nice lettering in the background. The flowers peek out a little bit and give it a little extra design and feature into the image. The mirror has been taken away so that it doesn't distract and take away from what is trying to be captured. The extra shiny object or bag has also been taken away and now the image makes more sense without the extra unneeded object.
In my opinion, these are my reasons why these images are good and bad composition.
